Netflix and Delhi Tourism Host Special Screening of Animated Mythological Series Kurukshetra
New Delhi, October 04, 2025 : Netflix, in collaboration with Delhi Tourism and the Government of Delhi, hosted an exclusive screening of its first animated mythological series, Kurukshetra, at the Delhi Secretariat Auditorium.
The event was graced by the presence of Hon’ble Minister of Tourism, Mr. Kapil Mishra, Ms. Niharika Rai, IAS, Managing Director and CEO of Delhi Tourism, and Mr. D. Karthikey, General Manager of Delhi Tourism, underscoring the growing synergy between digital storytelling and cultural promotion.
Following the screening, a compelling discussion was held with the series’ writer and director, Ujjan Ganguly, and Hi-Tech Animation CEO, Ashish Thakur. The conversation offered valuable insights into the creative process, production challenges, and the vision behind bringing Kurukshetra to life on screen.
