CURTAIN  DRAWN ON IITF 2025 WITH A SUCCESSFUL NOTE AWARDS FOR EXCELLENCE IN DISPLAY PRESENTED

New Delhi, November 27, 2025: The iconic business event of India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO), the 44th edition of the India International Trade Fair (IITF) concluded with a colorful Award Presentation ceremony at musical fountain stage, Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, today.

Speaking on this occasion, Dr. Neeraj Kharwal, IAS, Managing Director, ITPO informed that more than 18 lakh people visited the 14 day fair with enhanced participation. He invited  suggestions from the visitors  to further improve the quality of event in  future. Complimenting  the Award Winners in different categories, he pointed out that  theme ‘Ek Bharat, Shrestha Bharat”, the  theme of the fair has truly lived up to its vision from cutting – edge technologies  to  state – of – the – art pavilions, from agriculture to eco- concern, we  witnessed  the  very  best of what India  stands  for resilience, creativity, and limitless potential.  Present on the occasion were Shri Vinay Kumar, Chairman of the Airport Authority of India, Shri Premjit Lal, Executive Director, ITPO, Lt. Col. Harsh Kondilya, OSD, ITPO and Shri S.N. Bharti, General Manager, ITPO.

In his welcome address, Lt. Col. Harsh Kondilya, happily announced that this year a good amount of business has been generated by the participants. He praised the media/press for their extensive coverage not only in print media but electronic and social media too.  Complimenting all the Award winners in different categories, Lt. Col.   Kondaliya appreciated the participants and visitors for their continued faith in the IITF format.  He also appreciated Delhi Police and other law enforcement agencies for their continued efforts in making the event incident free.

The IITF2025 Awards for Excellence in Display were given away by Dr. Neeraj Kharwal, IAS, MD, ITPO in different categories.

In the Partner State, the Gold Medal was conferred to Rajasthan, the Silver Medal to Bihar, Uttar Pradesh bagged the Bronze Medal. Special Commendation was presented to Maharashtra.  In the Focus State, the Gold Medal was conferred to Jharkhand.

Odisha won  the  Gold Medal, the Silver Medal was presented to Madhya Pradesh and  the Bronze Medal to Puducherry in the States and Union Territories category,  Commendation Certificates was  also  conferred  to Delhi, Goa and Karnataka.

In the Thematic Presentation by the States Category, Meghalaya won the Gold Medal, the Silver Medal was presented to Kerala and the Bronze to Andhra Pradesh.  Commendation Certificates were given to Chattisgarh, Arunachal Pradesh & Tripura. 

At IITF, the ITPO also observed and celebrated Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan, raising awareness about cleanliness and sanitation among exhibitors and visitors and the award was also given to Swachh Pavilion – Gold to Haryana, Silver to Punjab, Bronze to Assam and Commendation was also awarded to Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Uttrakhand and Tamil Nadu.

In the Foreign Pavilions, Thailand (Thai SMEs Exporter Association) was commended with the Gold Medal and Iran (Dorna Seyd Makran) won the Silver while, the Bronze Medal was presented to Dubai (Al Rawdha General Trading LLC). Special Commendation was awarded to Republic of Korea (Es Korea Co. Ltd.), Turkey (Tillo Hediyelik Esya Sanayi) and Tibetan Chamber of Commerce.

In the Ministries and Government Departments category the Ministry of Defense bagged the Gold Medal, Ministry of Mines received the Silver Medal respectively, while Ministry of Railways won the Bronze Medal. Special Commendation Certificates were received by the Ministry of Ayush, Ministry of Power and Ministry of Rural Development (SARAS Ajeevika Mela).

In the Ministries, PSUs & PSBS, the Gold Medal was conferred to Airports Authority of India, the Silver Medal to National e-Governance Division (NeGD), Food Corporation of India bagged the Bronze Medal.  Special Commendation was awarded to the Ministry of Textiles, State Bank of India and Life Insurance Corporation of India.

In the Commodity Boards, the Gold Medal was conferred to Tea Board India; the Silver Medal to Spice Board India, Coir Board bagged the Bronze Medal.  Special Commendation was awarded to National Turmeric Board, Coconut Development Board (CBD) and National Jute Board.

In the Public Communication & Outreach, the Gold Medal was conferred to the Directorate General of Taxpayer Services, the Silver Medal to Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Central Board of Direct Taxes bagged the Bronze Medal.  Special Commendation was awarded to Office of the Registrar General & Census Commissioner, India, Securities and Exchange Board of India and the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change.

In the Empowering India (Ministries & Govt. Department), the Gold Medal was conferred to Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, the Silver Medal to Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, NBCC (India) Ltd; bagged the Bronze Medal.  Special Commendation was awarded to Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation, Coal India Ltd; and National Agriculture Cooperative Marketing Federation of India Ltd. (NAFED).

 In the Private Sector, RDM Care (India) Private Limited, AYUR won the Gold Medal, the Dairy India Private Limited (Ananda) received the Silver Medal and United Ekta Engineering Udyog Pvt. Ltd; & Mittal Electronics (Sujata) bagged the Bronze Medal.  Special Commendation was awarded to Juhi Arts (Jyoti Verma), Kuber Essentials, Pansari Industries, Romana Herbalcare Private Limited (Rosa) and Shree Shyam Til Patti (Raj Kumari). 

In the Food Stalls, the Gold Medal was conferred to Bansal Food and Beverages, the Silver Medal to Rohilya Food Pvt. Ltd., Daana Pani bagged the Bronze Medal.  Special Commendation was awarded to Vinayak Enterprises – Saada Punjab and Mother Dairy Fruit and Vegetables Pvt. Ltd.

In the Vending Points, the Gold Medal was conferred to Daana Pani, the Silver Medal to Gath Bandhan Farms, Bansal Foods and Beverages bagged the Bronze Medal.
