Taiwan Excellence, an initiative of Taiwan’s Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA), kicked off its much-awaited showcase with the grand opening of the Taiwan Excellence Pavilion at Taiwan Expo India 2025, held from September 25–27 at Bharat Mandapam, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.
The Pavilion was inaugurated by Mr. James C.F. Huang, Chairman of TAITRA, H.E. Dr. Mumin Chen, Representative of TECC, Indian parliamentarians Mr. Sujeet Kumar (Rajya Sabha) and Mr. Rahul Kaswan (Lok Sabha), along with special guest and Bollywood actress Esha Gupta.
The three-day event highlights Taiwan’s latest innovations in ICT, Smart Living, Intelligent Healthcare, Advanced Gadgets, and Industrial Applications, reinforcing bilateral ties and fostering tech-driven growth partnerships between Taiwan and India.
This year, 22 award-winning Taiwanese brands are participating, including MSI, Advantech, Transcend, Phison, AVer, Proscend, and many others—some making their India debut. From AI-powered edge systems and video conferencing tech to electric vehicle safety systems, eco-certified wellness products, and AI gaming laptops, the Pavilion presents a wide array of next-gen solutions.
Taiwan Excellence continues to support India’s flagship initiatives like Digital India and Make in India, offering high-value collaborations in emerging sectors. A FICCI report projects up to $15 billion in Taiwanese investments in India, particularly in electronics, EVs, and smart infrastructure—areas where Taiwan leads globally.
The event continues on September 26 with a grand product launch session and the exciting, record-setting “Give Me Five” activity.
